Question by Soso H: I’m taking Bountiful Breast, Does any one know if Saw Palmetto has Estrogen in it ????????
I’m taking bountiful breast program and i was told to avoid eating estrogenic food and i wanna know if Saw Palmetto is an estrogenic plan or not?? and alos if any of you ttried bountiful breast plz let me know what sort of food i can eat and avoid??

Well, all plants will have plant Estrogens in them… but that’s not the same as human Estrogen. That answer would be a no.
However, I’m curious why a woman would take Saw Palmetto in the first place… it’s typically used for a man’s Prostate and has negligible benefits for a woman.
As a side note, breast enlargement products don’t work the way you want them to. Your body chemistry (DNA, hormones, etc) will say what your basic body shape will be and no supplement can force your breasts to be larger without increasing the size of the rest of your body (in other words, increasing your overall body fat). The only way to increase the potential size of your breasts without increasing the rest of your body fat (or surgery) would be to work the muscles behind the breast (pectorals) to push them out more. The bench press and dumbbell fly are very common and effective ways to work the pectorals. Good luck!
